Mike Moschella & Chris Moon are installing the rain gutters on the south side of the building.
Gutters are almost a rarity in West Texas where we lived for many years because it rains so seldom and for short periods when it does rain. But here we get more rain, and because of the slope of the property, it is absolutely essential that we control the water.
These men work for Mears Home Improvement. This big trailer carries the machinery that does the magic to make the gutters fit the building.
Here's the equipment that shapes the gutters.
Chris Moon installs a short piece on the north porch.
July 12th we put in the row of Indian Hawthorn under the windows.
