This remarkable lady was a young WWII widow who raised her daughter alone through those tumultuous years. At some point she started a business that prospered. This ninety-year-old continues to run the business today except when she's off exploring the world with daughter, Kazuko. Mrs. Iwata's eighty-year-old sister runs the business when she's not home in Tokyo.
