Arrival at Suva, Viti Levu, Fiji         Trip Day Twenty-two: Sunday, October 14, 2007          Tutuila Island This is the main island of American Samoa. It's about 18 miles long, which is too long to see the entire length among the low-lying clouds from the distance needed to get a picture of it.

Our harbor pilot boards the Sun Princess at 7:08:51 AM. Pictures of the pilot boat approaching and leaving our ship show that it took less than 1 minute 35 seconds for them to dock, the pilot to board, and for the pilot boat to pull away. That is reminiscent of race cars and their pit stops.
