Once upon a cruise, the Holland America chefs go all out on desserts — as if their desserts every day weren't fancy enough — and fill the whole buffet area with fancy desserts of every sort.
They host this fancy buffet at midnight.

London Bridge
Although it now happily spans the Colorado River at Lake Havasu City, in Arizona, a replica of the famous bridge joined the Ryndam buffet participants off the coast of Chile on January 22nd.
