Rio Mapocho

They plan to harness this river.
They're building a channel beside the river for the water,
and then they're going to build a highway in the river bed!

Park With Breathtaking Views Santiago is built between hills. This centrally located hill has been turned into a park. The road goes nearly to the top and the views of the city are wonderful.
