Freeway

Santiago, the capital of Chile, with a population of about 6 million, is conveniently located one hour west of the Andes Mountains and one hour east of the Pacific Ocean. Do they ski? Do they go to the beach? You bet they do, just like the people of Los Angeles, California. Los Angeles is very similar in climate and location between the mountains and the ocean.
