German Architecture Rules Here
Puerto Varas was settled by German immigrants beginning in the mid-1800s at the invitation of Chile's President Manuel Montt. The Chileans were expecting German Catholics, but instead most of the new settlers were Protestant. The government didn't interfere with their religeous beliefs.
We have reached Puerto Varas by 10:15 AM.
