We leave, another arrives.

A car arrives in a cloud of dust.

Grass-covered Moraine

A Wind-swept Mushroom Cloud

We exchange greetings with a gaucho.

This cowboy appeared with his dogs as we drove past.

While we were on this trip, our fellow Ryndam passengers, the O'Briens of Bryan Texas went to see the Magellan penguin colony near Punta Arenas. This colony is much larger and sited differently than those we went to see near Ushuaia. The O'Brien pictures follow.
