Don't Forget, This Is Mid-Summer In The Antarctic.

At 8:25 PM our position was 63ºS 57º46'W.

The End Of A Most Beautiful Day.

This picture was taken at 10:18 PM. You can see that the sun has not yet set. Our ship is heading west toward Deception Island. After a while we turned to the southwest, following the shoreline of the Peninsula.
