The Glavics, Our Hosts

As smart operators do, the Glavics have changed the focus of their farm to meet the current trend. They used to produce wines for local tables, and now they fill their tables with tourists wishing to learn local customs. They have changed the products they produce and the tables their products serve, and they wear period costumes for our benefit.
