The idea behind this novel restaurant would probably be popular in the U.S. too. You take a small bowl through a buffet-style line, adding raw ingredients that you want grilled together including sauces. Line finished, you slide your bowl through a little window in the glass (like the ticket booth at the movies). The barbecuer takes the bowl, dumps the contents on the grill, then proceeds to give you a Sho-gun style show. When he's finished he slides the dish out the pickup window and you go to your table and have an otherwise Chinese-style meal with the big lazy susan in the middle of the table.

Odd Place For Water Cooler?
Everybody's got to be someplace. And bottled water is essential for tourists in China. So, if you want the tourists to come to your store, it's a good idea to supply them with safe drinking water.
Lunch is over and we're ready to go to the Shanghai Museum this afternoon.
