This will be Pat's future computer / sewing room.

Guest bedroom # 1

Only 11' X 12' It won't handle the king bedroom set.
We'll put the pecan set in there.
Right now it houses the display samples of Dan's insulation systems
and carpet samples. He uses quality carpet, not "builder's grade."
He uses R38 grade insulation in the attic,
and foil-covered foam on the walls under the brick.

Hall Bath This serves both guest bedrooms and the study.

Guest bedroom # 2. I think we'll put twin beds in here.
